APRIL MEETING NOTES
-OUR NEXT MEETING IS MAY 4TH, 7 pm at CASSIDY's
-Please get to HI-LINE and get your coats ordered.
-Mixed Company will be the band for Friday Night.
-ANGEL LIGHT CATERING will cater the banquet. Roast beef will be the meal and cost $10.
-Chad is still working on the T shirt. Should be here by the end of April.
-Kent Wilson is now in charge of the poker run. Contact him if you would like to help.
-Jennifer will place ads in the local papers about getting Arts & Crafts vendors here. We will get tables from the Fair Board and pass the cost on to the vendors.
-Perry will get a tent from the Youth Baseball group to put up over the vendors at Town Square.
-Ryan Mitchell is giving us a frame for our shop truck. Brad will help Ryan get it into town.
-Chip will ask MDU for approx 50 Goodie bags.
-NEXT MEETING we will fill the goodie bags at the meeting.
-Alex will head up the friday night BBQ cook-off. DEADLINE is MAY 15th. This is something new that we are trying to bring people out to our show.
-Brad will play a 50's show on friday from 7:30-9:00 before Mixed Company plays. Everyone is encouraged to wear 50"s attire like poodle skirts!!!!
-Rick is working on the dash plaque and will finish painting a checkered flag on the garage door at the ford garage. Rick also going to put up 3 flagpoles for the day of the show.
-Think of how we could improve voting during the car show and bring to the next meeting.
